To make an order simply contact us via one of the above and we will send an order form to you by return.
When making an order please make sure you state clearly:
- the colour of ribbon required
- the width of ribbon required
- how much ribbon you require (in metres)
- any design you require on your ribbon
- the font you would like
Simply fill in the order form and we will then invoice you via paypal. Payment can either be made via paypal or via cheque, cheques should be made payable to D Bassett-Wells. On receipt of your order we will email you with a sample print of your order. If this is correct you need to email us back confirming all details are correct and at this point we will invoice you via paypal. Please note that once we receive payment for the ribbon we accept this as confirmation that the print details are correct and as such no returns will be accepted due to the personalisation service we offer.
